All messages that are for marketing purposes must be prefaced with ‘REKLAM:’ or ‘TANITIM’. This is so the user can identify they are receiving a promotional text message. Promotional messages should also include the URL or a care number of the company providing the promotion.
Messages sent using Turkish accents contain characters which are outside of the GSM character set, these messages will need to be sent in Unicode format.
